Can humans consume Aie10?
Yes, absolutely.
My personal story is that I have been using Aie10 in the capsule form for 7 years and have only had a couple mild sicknesses. I used to get sick 3-4 times per year. It was difficult to practice and work when I was sick. Now life is better without illnesses.
